Pepperio Users

Editing invididuals.

Creating a new user:

To add a new user to any Pepperio group, follow these steps:

1. First select a group for a user to be created under.

2. Click the peoplecreate icon on the top left toolbar.

3. In the right-pane window that appears, enter a username for this user.

4. Proceed to enter other applicable details. 

5. Click OK when you are done to save your changes.  This user may now login.

Note: You MUST at least supply a username, first name, last name, and email address. By default a new users language will be set as English UK. 

Modifying an existing user:

To edit any of the existing user records in Pepperio, first ensure you are in 'Users Mode' and select the individual that you wish to edit from the left hand pane.  This will load his/her details into the right hand pane, where you may modify any settings.

Resetting an existing users password.
If a user has forgotten their Pepperio password, you can first view their details as above and click the 'reset' password button under 'User Login Credentials'. This will reset the users password to be the same as their username.

To change a users language:
You may choose a language for a particular user, from a choice of English (UK), English (US), Dutch, French, German, and Swedish. To do this, please use the drop down list under 'Pepperio User Interface Settings'.

Deleting a user:

To delete a user, simply select them in the left hand pane, and click the Delete Icon icon.  They will be permenanty removed.

Adding a user to more than one group:

To make this user a member of other groups in Pepperio, first have the user selected in the left hand pane, and click the peoplegroupcreate icon from the RIGHT-HAND PANE (not left this time).  In the window that appears, you may use the left and right arrows to add across other groups that you wish this user to be a part of.
