Pepperio Groups

Organising your users.

In order to put your users anywhere other than the default Pepperio groups, you may need to add your own groups.

To create a group:

1. Click the peoplegroupcreate icon on the left hand toolbar.
2. In the right hand pane, enter a new name for this group.
3. Allow access for this user to each of Pepperios four subsections by ticking the appropriate 'Access' box under 'Set Access Rights'.

4. When you are done, click OK to save this group. You can now add users to it.

Note: If this group is for extranet users, you can enter a URL for them to be redirected to as soon as they login through your website (not the Pepperio interface).

Editing a Groups Authorisations:

As well as setting which sections of Pepperio a group has access to, you may also give groups access to certain pages only. To do this, ensure you are in pages mode, and click the authorisations auths icon.

Deleting a group:

1. First select the group in the left-hand pane.
2. Click the Delete Icon icon to delete it.

Note: You will have to remove all users from the group prior to deleting it.
