Inserting a Link

To insert a link into any multi line text area follow these steps:

1. Highlight the text you wish to become a link (optional).

2. Click the 'Internal' or 'external' link button depending on what you want to do.

3. IF you clicked the internal link, select the page you wish to link to in the window the pops up and click OK.

4. IF you clicked the external link, navigate and select the asset you wish to link to in the asset browser that appears. When selected, click OK.

5. The link you have created will appear in the text window automatically.

 

Note: External links may be any asset, including downloadable files.
