Inserting a Form

Retrieve customer information.

There are two main methods used to include a form on a page.  The first is a 'form selector' that will be specifically placed on any page your website has setup.  The second is a case of simply inserting your form into the page manually wherever there is a text area present.

To Insert Via the Text Area

1. In the content editor - place your cursor in the text area where you wish to insert the form.

2. Next, click the 'Insert a Form' icon editor form.

3. Select the form you wish to insert from the window that appears and click OK.  Your form will now be inserted.

To Insert Via the FORM Selector

If your developer has included a pre-designed 'Form' selector on the region you are editing, follow these steps:

1. Click on the 'Add Form' button to link an existing form to this page (region).

2. A window will appear in which you can select the form that you wish to use.

3. Click OK and your form will be added.  You can reposition the forms appearance if you have more than one form by using the Up Down and Delete buttons.

4. When finished click OK.

Note: The built in form selector has the advantage of dynamically updating itself whenever a form is changed in your assets.
