Editing Page Authorisations
Granting users access.
'Page Authorisations' allow you to set which Pepperio groups are allowed to perform actions on this page. Please see the 'People' section for information on how to add or modify groups.
To change Authorisations for a Page:
1. Find the group you wish to change in the table.
2. Tick each action (View, Create, Edit, Delete, or Publish) that you would like this group to be able to perform.
3. When finished click OK to save your changes.
Note: To quickly activate all actions, click 'all' on the right hand side of a group.
Extranet Authorisation:
If you intend this page to be a part of your websites extranet, you must specify so in this section. A page is not a extranet page by default.
Propagation:
If you wish to set the same rules here for all sub pages beneath the selected page - click 'Propagate'.
