Search Folders & Files

Hunting down your assets.

There are two separate search functions within Assets. One mode searches through all folders for files including the phrase you enter. The second function will search for a particular file in a folder you already have open.

Searching all folders:

In order to search for a name or partial-name of a file, follow these steps:

1. Select the search icon in the left-hand navigation pane.
2. In the screen that appears, enter the title or part-title.
3. Click Search.
4. The results (if any) will be displayed in the right pane.

Searching a single folder:

To search any existing folder for a particular file follow these steps:

1. Select the folder you wish to search in.
2. Enter a title or partial-title in the search box directly above - in the right-hand navigation pane.

3. If your file is found, it will display in the right pane below.
