Downloadable Files

Providing material for your users.

Adding a downloadable file is the easiest form of asset to create. After you have created a downloadble file template (see 'Creating & Deleting Files) follow these steps to upload a file:

Uploading a downloadable file:

1. Open the downloadable file template you have already created.

2. Expand the 'File Upload and Information' section.

3. Click the 'Replace' button.

4. In the window that appears, click 'Browse' and locate your file.

5. Enter a Pepperio friendly title for your file.

6. When ready to upload, click OK.

 

Note: Please be patient if you are trying to upload a large file, Pepperio may take some time to handle your request.
